You must not use any device, software, or technique to interfere with website security.
4. Conclusion of Sales

If goods cannot be delivered, the agreement is void, and we will refund any payment already made.
You may cancel your order any time prior to delivery.
5. Availability of Stock
While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, goods ordered may be unavailable. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and refund any payment.

8. Conditions Relating to Specific Goods
8.1 Intended Use
Many of our products are designed for high-performance, racing, or off-road use only and may not be legal for use on public roads or highways.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the installation and use of any product complies with applicable traffic, road safety, and emissions laws.
8.2 Installation
All performance parts must be installed by a qualified professional with experience in high-performance vehicles.
We are not responsible for damages, losses, or injuries resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, or modification of our products.
8.3 Warranty and Vehicle Manufacturer’s Warranty
Installing aftermarket performance parts may void or affect your vehicle manufacturer’s warranty.
Unless otherwise specified in writing, our products carry only the warranty provided in clause 16 of these Terms.
We make no guarantee that products will be compatible with vehicles that have been previously modified.
8.4 Safety and Risk
Performance modifications may place additional stress on vehicle components and increase wear and tear.
You accept all risks associated with the use of performance parts, including potential damage to your vehicle or injury to persons if misused.
8.5 Drag and Track Use
Certain products are intended exclusively for drag racing or closed-course competition.
Use of these products on public roads may be prohibited and is at your sole risk and liability.
8.6 Assumption of Risk
By purchasing, installing, or using our products, you acknowledge and accept that performance modifications inherently involve risk, including but not limited to:
Increased likelihood of mechanical failure;
Reduced vehicle reliability;
Increased chance of personal injury, property damage, or death if misused.
You voluntarily assume these risks and agree that OG Performance is not liable for any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from the use of its products, except where required by law.
8.7 Customer Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your vehicle is properly maintained, serviced, and inspected after the installation of performance parts.
High-performance and racing modifications often require more frequent maintenance than standard vehicles.
Failure to service and maintain your vehicle adequately may result in mechanical damage, reduced reliability, or safety hazards, for which OG Performance will not be held liable.
9. Children
You must be 18 years or older to register and purchase goods. If you are under 18, a parent/guardian must supervise and accept responsibility.
10. Electronic Communications
